Quirha Carter
2017 NPC Jax Physique Bikini Athlete

After you competed in the Jax Physique what did you think of the experience?
I always feel as the shows are a great way to meet people within the bobybuilding community and to network with like minded individuals who "get it". I felt the experience was memorable and that like any show there is always room for improvement.

Did you accomplish the goals you had set out for that prep?
The prep for that show wasn't per se the hardest but I did have the flu the week before peak week which made it difficult to complete the workouts. I did come in on target with my weight but felt as if I could have been leaner and that I haven totally figured out my chemistry in order to be the driest on stage.

Please share a little about your competition history in overview and plans for the future?
I have competed in 4 shows and became nationally qualified at the Dexter Jackson Classic in August 2016. I plan to try and earn my pro card in the near future. I am currently in a building phase and reversing out of my prep diet. I haven't quite decided which national level show I will try and go pro with, I know it will take several attempts.

What would you say is your biggest source of inspiration and motivation?
My biggest source of inspiration and motivation is to be the best person I can as a whole. I do all this for myself....not because I care about what other people think of me, I love challenges!

Plans to do another show? If so which one and what division if you currently know?
I may decide to compete for the state title on August 19th at the Florida State show in Orlando in the bikini division.
